Our return to in-person rehearsals happened on Thursday, March 3rd. This was a very exhilarating moment, but we were over the moon when on March 17th we walked into the rehearsal hall and our refurbished risers were set up and ready for us to step on and sing our hearts out the way we were used to.
What a thrill and what a difference in our sound! After a few weeks of rehearsals, we have regained confidence and stamina.
Getting rid of the masks when regulations allow will be another step towards getting back to normal and putting this pandemic behind us. We are all looking forward to that day!

As per our not-for-profit status, a percentage of our revenues is donated to charities. This year, the members opted for a donation to AJOI (Action Jeunesse de l'Ouest-de-l'île) a homeless shelter in the West Island – Halte-Chaleur (Warming Center) (Action Jeunesse de l’Ouest-de-l'Île (AJOI).
A cheque in the amount of $200 was sent out to the organization.
We are very proud to be able to contribute to our community in this way.

Last year we held our first food drive that was not in connection with a show or concert. Since we will not have a show again this year, we have decided to repeat the food drive as a stand-alone event.
Collection points will be as follows:
- On Thursday, May 12th: Christ Church Beaurepaire parking lot (before rehearsal) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- On Saturday, May 14th: Terrarium Shopping Center - 183-203 Boulevard Hymus, Pointe-Claire (Corner of Hymus and St-Jean) from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will be parked in the proximity of Tim Hortons. So bring your food items, grab a coffee and come chat with us.
Our food collection will go once again to Moisson Montreal which further supplies other foodbanks. Please be generous; foodbanks have been hit hard throughout the pandemic and with food prices going up, the need is now greater than ever.
