Ending our Singing Season in Style with our Annual Party |
As before the pandemic, we celebrated the end of our singing season with the annual pot-luck party and longevity awards at the end of June. What a great experience after 2 years of gathering bans! As usual, attending chorus members brought their most popular dishes and drinks to the party. Chatting, eating, drinking, and of course singing are the traditional activities of this event, but the highlight of the evening was, as in the past, the longevity awards. This year we celebrated Doris and Rosemarie
for their 10-year anniversary and Donna for no less than 45 years of dedication to our chorus. Congratulations ladies! We love you! See photos of the event on Facebook.

And we Keep Singing during the summer |
We have been quiet for too long to take a break for the summer, so we keep singing this summer. Every other week we get together in someone's backyard (or home if it's raining) and stay on top of the new songs we have recently added to our repertoire. It keeps us happy and healthy, and hopefully, we will not feel as lost in September as we were last March when we came back to rehearsals after a 2-year absence. See our Facebook page for photos.

Big plans ahead for the 2022 - 2023 season |
The chorus planning committee has been hard at work to bring fun and exciting activities and events in the coming season. Some traditional, such as the Stewart Hall concession stand, and Spaghetti Quartetti, others will be new. So stay tuned to Facebook or Instagram for upcoming activities.
